What to expect from the pottery Experience.
When you arrive, you will be welcomed by one of expert potters who will guide you through the process from start to finish. First, you'll learn the ins and outs of creating your own shape, with the potter showing you different examples and explaining the basics of pottery.
It's time to get hands-on! With the guidance of the potter, you will centre your clay on the wheel and begin forming your very own piece. No experience? No problem! Our skilled potter will be right there to assist you every step of the way, helping you craft a shape that's uniquely yours.
Once you've finished shaping your piece, it will be carefully removed from the wheel. Your pot will stay with us to be dried and prepared for the next steps. After it has fully dried, your piece will undergo a bisque firing, then be glazed in our blue glaze to give a beautiful professional finish.
